FAMILY:  Husband  and  2 yr old son.

ACTIVITIES & HOBBIES INCLUDE:  Cooking, shopping, reading, Yoga, exercising, spending time outdoors, waterskiing, golfing, scrapbooking

TUNES IN MY CD/MP3 PLAYER INCLUDE: Stuck in the 80's with my music collection, Christian variety, of course kids songs!

BOOKS ON MY SHELF INCLUDE:   Power of a Praying Parent & Wife, Dr. Seuss collection, Bible, Old fashioned romance novels, & Cookbooks galore!

FAVORITE MOVIES: Not much time for those, but Christmas Story is a classic in our home...still waiting to see the Bee Movie and Juno!

FAVORITE BIBLE VERSE(S): Still growing in that area.  Not afraid to admit that I need to spend more time with God in the scriptures.  But two of my favorites are:
I Corinthians 13...and now abide faith, hope and love...but the greatest of these is Love. 
Psalm 139:14  I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

ORIGINS: Originally from Michigan (Detroit area) we relocated to Tucson due to Jamie's job in 2005.  Besides missing family we love it here!  I attended Central Michigan University and received my Bachelor's in Elementary Education.  Went on to the University of Michigan to get my Master's in Public Administration.  I taught Middle School/Elementary for 10 years.  My focus was teaching reading to bilingual first graders.  Now I am privileged to be a stay at home mom - much more work than my classroom years, but so rewarding! 

HOW PEOPLE DESCRIBE ME: Talkative, social, caring, kind, loving, silly, dedicated, hard working and opinionated!

I AM MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT:  Living life to the fullest without any regrets!  I hope that I can honor God by living my life in a positive Christian manner.  My family is my priority along with touching the lives of others.  I love people and challenge myself to grow by ministering to others.
