BOOKS ON MY SHELF INCLUDE:  The Left Behind Series, Joshua: The Journey Home, Harry Potter, The Potty Training Book, a lot of light-fiction reading.

FAVORITE MOVIES:  The Whole Nine Yards, Legends of the Fall, Oceans 11, What Women Want, The Wedding Planner.

FAVORITE BIBLE VERSE(S): I stick to my guns on this one.....John 3:16. Out of all the verses I have ever come to learn, this one continually speaks to me. I felt the LOVE of these words while I was in confirmation class at Bartonville UMC, and now as a parent, I continue to be amazed at the POWER of these words..."that He gave His only begotten son."

ORIGINS (and Education): I grew up in the Caterpillar city of Peoria, Illinois. I studied music at Illinois State University, and graduated in '97. I met my husband and got married in '01.  Then I returned to ISU and received my Master of Music degree in '03.  We moved to Sahuarita in June of '03.

HOW PEOPLE DESCRIBE ME:  Well, depends who you talk to......my close friends say I am funny and ornery.  Everyone else probably says I am smiley and friendly.....at least that is what I hope they are saying!

I AM MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT: I LOVE being able to use my musical knowledge in a way that glorifies God! I am so blessed that I am able to have so much fun while leading a ministry. I want my boys to know that they can use their natural gifts to serve their church in a way that makes them happy.  The passion of practicing, planning, and playing music comes straight from His hands, and I am grateful for it everyday.  My love for music is second only to the love of my family.  My husband and I are blessed with the two cutest boys on the planet......well, that's what we think anyways.
